This is my holistic version of Tiger Balm. A lot of commercial based pain salves have a petroleum base. Sometimes, you just need some quick relief from pain - whether it is from a knot in your neck, a pinched nerve like sciatica, sore joints from arthritis, the list goes on and on. This won't heal what is causing the pain - but it help you manage while you find the long term solution. And the best part - no petroleum. I break out really bad from petroleum that is a huge plus for me! 
 
Not only is this salve great for pain, but the menthol and peppermint make it great for sinus and chest congestion. Just rub a small amount on your chest to help open your airways. 
 
You can also try using this to help manage migraines. I suggest putting a small amount behind your ears and on the nape of your neck. You can also put an ice pack on your forehead and close your eyes. That always helps me! =)
 
***This is essential oil based, so please be careful not to get it in or too close to your eyes or other mucus membranes. Because it is extra strength - I suggest not using it in congunction with a heat pad or right after hot baths or showers. Your open pores might make it TOO strong. It is also best not to wrap the area with seran or ace bandages - it's better to let your skin breathe.
*** Wintergreen has similar properties to asprin. Take caution when using this product if you are on blood thinners.
