Lovely Lemongrass: The calming and mild smell of lemongrass oil is known to help relieve anxiety and irritability as well as help relieve muscle aches, cramps and spasms. It is also a good therapeutic candidate for treating inflammatory conditions of the skin. I have paired it with lavender to enhance the calming effects and a little lime to bring a bright, cheerful and upliftling note.
